Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is aimed at learners working in a health and social care role and will look to develop their skills within a senior role resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification that confirms their occupational competence to complete this role to a high standard. The overall qualification requires learners to successful achieve a minimum of 58 credits. These credits will be completed, through the achievement of the 9 mandatory units (28 credits) and the remaining 30 credits will be taken from the optional unit group
How long will it take me to achieve this qualification?
To complete the HABC Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England (QCF) Learner should expect to undertake between 315 and 447 hours of learning depending upon the unit choice. The duration of delivery will depend on each individuals pace, level of study and in-work access to observations.
How is the qualification assessed?
Through a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates the learner has met the required assessment criteria. This also involves being observed in your workplace to meet specific criteria as defined within the qualification.
