Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Standard
The aim of these qualifications is to prepare learners to work in the Health and Social Care industry and includes jobs such as care and support workers, personal assistants, domiciliary/community care workers, support and outreach workers in the adult social care sector or healthcare assistants/clinical support workers in the health sector. These standards are suitable for those working in the NHS, social services, with private health care or social care providers, local authorities and voluntary organisations.
As a Lead Adult Care Worker you would be expected to take on responsibility in your role such as administering medication, co-ordinating care, updating the care plan and liaising with multi-disciplinary professionals.
Our staff are qualified to teach and assess Apprentices within real work settings and pose experience within the Health & Social Care Sector which enables us to provide added value to our services. We pose expertise within Health & Social Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health & Dementia including Mathematics, English, First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, Infection Control, Substance Misuse & much more.
We offer organisations a tailored service meeting needs by providing a bespoke service ranging from Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Apprenticeships. We are able to deliver our services on 1-2- 1 basis & large groups and teach utilising online resources.
